Welcome to the ERS video training. During the following videos, you're going to learn how to use your ERS Folder. Please make sure you have decent speakers or headphones plugged in so that you can clearly hear the video.

ERS Basics

During this video, you'll:

Learn how to log in
Learn the basic structure of your ERS Folder
Learn how to change your Username and Password
Learn how to go through and customize the "Front End" (i.e., LIVE website) ordering process
Learn how to place a real order in the "Back End" (Control Panel)
Take a brief tour of the Back End/Control Panel

ERS Intermediate

During this video, you'll:

Get familiar with Packages
Learn how to optimize your upselling with Suggested Add-Ons
Learn how to clean up your Service Areas
Learn how to set up your Travel Fees, Minimum Order Requirements, Tax Rates, and Deposit Rules
Learn how to edit your Documents
Check your Incomplete Order Alert Settings (Pro+ and above feature)
