Account Information and Policies
You've decided to take the plunge and take your business to the next level. We have created great training videos that you can find on this site under the Fast Start Videos. While you are watching the videos, we suggest writing down any questions that would pertain to your company. No two companies operate the exact same, the beauty of our software is that there are areas that can be altered to work better for your specific needs. Once you are completely done watching the videos, you will be given an opportunity to set up an half hour Q & A appointment with our Technical Dept.
Your current monthly subscription price is based on your regular inventory listed in the system which is priced $65.00 or more. You can see the price levels and packages available from our website, click on pricing. If you have signed up for one level and your business has grown, our system will have monthly audits and your subscription will be automatically adjusted according to your inventory.
There are two ways that you can update your credit card on file for the monthly/annual charges with Event Rental Systems.
1 - You can visit the Help tab from the home page of your control panel. Click on the Customer Hub link. You will be redirected then enter a Username (email address) and a password (it is different from your control panel password unless you set it up with the same). If this is the first time visiting Customer Hub, then please register as a new user, however make sure to use the same email address as when you signed up for ERS so the accounts are synced correctly.
2 - Call the ERS Billing dept. at 505-435-9731 ext 101 and our billing dept. can assist you and manually update your account.

We will be happy to assist you in resetting your password to the Control Panel when/if it is ever needed. Since the password is encrypted into our system for your protection, our company policy is that we will manually reset that password and send it to the email address on file for the company.
If you have decided to sell your business and the new owner of the company is buying the website, customer list, and inventory, then we require you to send a written notification to Susie@eventrentalsystems.com prior to anything being updated in the system. Our goal is to make the transition very smooth and having the right information for the start will help tremendously. Simply list in the email the new owners name, email address, phone number and the date in which the new owner takes possession of the business. Once we have the completed information the billing system will be updated by closing the existing owners account and establishing a new account in the new owners name. We will then ensure the new owners has been given access to the Control Panel and advise where the can find the training videos for the system.
We will be really sorry to see you go as we know our system can be beneficial to your company's growth. We do require written notification for any type of cancellation. Please send an email to susie@eventrentalsystems.com indicating that you need to cancel your account. Once the email is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with in 24 hours.
The card on file will be charged immediately for the service along with the annual hosting fee. All customers are required to pay the $99.00 annual hosting fee, whether you are using the ERS site as your main domain or a sub-domain as we keep all of your business information secured on our state of the art servers. Often, you will not see the charges for up to 3-5 business days on your statement, that processing is per institution and their policies.
